Peter Childs - Chief Executive Officer
Peter is joint founder of ProSolveIT and brings to his role a wealth of business, industry and IT knowledge gained over 25 years in both hardware and software companies. Peter believes ProSolveIT must assist its clients by providing the expertise to improve their business responsiveness by building robust and agile enterprise infrastructures.
Prior to joining ProSolveIT, Peter held various senior management and technology leadership positions with BEA, Silicon Graphics, Sequent Computer Systems and Wang. Peter holds a Masters Degree from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Leicester.
David Constable - Sales Director - EMEA
David brings a wealth of skills and experience to ProSolveIT. He has had over 30 years sales experience in leading multi-national hardware and software organisations and has held senior sales and sales management roles throughout his career in organisations such as Wang, Oracle and BEA. He has been a consistently high level performer. During his six years at BEA, David regularly exceeded annual targets in both product licence and Professional Services (Consultancy and Education), and generated multi-million revenues in excess of $35m within the Public Sector area. He was top BEA EMEA salesman for three of those years.

Ian Barnes - Chief Information Officer
Ian is an experienced Technical Project Manager and Enterprise Architect. Prior to ProSolveIT, Ian was Chief Advocate of Technology in EMEA at BEA, responsible for showcasing the value of technology to businesses. As chief advocate, Ian was a key driver of enterprise architecture strategy within BEA, with a particular focus on integration and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Ian's role is to educate business leaders on the benefits of using technology and architectural approaches. Acting as an advisor, Ian works to define solutions at a board-room level. In addition, Ian evangelises middleware, infrastructure & integration technologies to architects and development engineers. 
Andrew Cox - Education Director - EMEA
Andrew has over 30 years experience in IT starting out as a programmer with the RAF Supply Control Centre in 1974. His technical background and management experience led him into a training role with the MOD in 1980 and then to work at Wang Computer Systems as a senior instructor and later as an account manager. After taking a year out to experience America, Andrew had education roles with Sequent, IBM, Silicon Graphics and most recently BEA Systems, where he was Senior Education Manager for the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa responsible for a multi-million annual revenue stream.
