So you have been on a training course but what happens now?

So often at ProSolveIT we see individuals sent on product vendor training courses where they receive basic "happy path" training through a product. By "happy path" we mean the basic functionality and using working examples.

On returning from the course they get thrown into a project as the product expert and feel out of depth the first time they need to investigate why something is not working.

ProSolveIT's Mentoring Services allocate an expert within the team to help with this extra training and increases the skills whilst maintaining a least risk approach to the work being undertaken. These mentoring activities are often merged with the onsite workshops
