Reactive Response Service
This is an off-site telephone support service operated by experienced Consultants who have experience in all BEA Technologies usually their experience gained from being former BEA consultants. This service uses the consultant's knowledge and expertise to answer a variety of support and consultancy questions and proposes the necessary courses of action to resolve any problems or issues.
This Service assumes that ProSolveIT consultants will have access to a core of experienced in-house consultants, administrators or developers to maximize the value of this service and reduce delays in resolution.
Proactive Response Service
Leverages the knowledge and skills of our consultants to mentor internal support teams on best practices and issue resolution. This is a proactive support service which enables you to build best practices into the production and deployment phase of a solution. This will mitigate your risk as you transition from a development to a production environment.
